Careers

A job aligned with your purpose in life.

Have you found your ikigai?

Ikigai is a Japanese concept meaning “a reason for being.” A reason to jump out of bed each morning. A reason to be pumped for Monday mornings instead of dreading them. Finding your life's purpose can be very rewarding, but also might seem elusive for many.

Take a moment to reflect with the questions below if your ikigai is aligned with our company's mission.

What You Love
  • What do I love to do?
  • What would I do if money was not an issue
  • What would my friends say makes me happy?
What The World Needs
  • What are things affecting the world?
  • What could make things better?
  • What are ways that I can contribute?
What you can be paid for
  • What are my potential careers?
  • What are opportunities that I can be compensated for that might not exist yet?
  • What services do i provide that others might be willing to pay for?
What You Are Good At
  • What skills have I picked up over my lifetime?
  • What makes me feel powerful or in-control?
  • When I was growing up, what was I known for?
