How does the affiliate process work?

Who can become an Align Group affiliate?
As long as you have direct connections to decision makers in the company who may be interested in outsourcing their payroll to save time and money, you can be an affiliate!
We strongly recommend participating in this campaign if you are:
-> Business Owner with networks of entrepreneurs / vendors who wants to keep their troublesome payroll streamlined and cost efficient.
-> A consultant/freelance who wants to introduce payroll outsourcing solutions to your network of clients.
What is the criteria for an Eligible Introducee?
An Eligible Introducee is one that meets the target audience criteria, is not a duplicated lead from another referrer, and not amongst Align Group's existing clientele list. The target audience criteria are as follows:
- The Introducee's company is based in Singapore.
- The Introducee's company is not a franchisee.
- The Introducee is NOT from any of the following industry: Retail, F&B , Construction & Security.
- The Introducee is a business owner of a company with at least 10 headcount and is in the Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) space.

How long will this campaign last until?
This campaign will last until the end of November 2022, or until the collective referral count hits 100.
Will I be notified when the campaign has ended?
All referrers who has submitted at least 1 Introducee for qualifying using the Qualifying Form will be provided with updates about the campaign, including when the campaign is about to be closed.
What counts as a valid lead?
A valid lead is one that meets the target audience criteria, is not a duplicated lead from another referrer, and not amongst Align Group's existing clientele list. The target audience criteria are as follows:
- The Introducee's company is based in Singapore.
- The Introducee's company is not a franchisee.
- The Introducee is NOT from any of the following industry: Retail, F&B , Construction & Security.
- The Introducee is a business owner of a company with at least 10 headcount and is in the Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) space.
Will Align Group directly contact a lead that I provided?
No. Align Group will not contact leads submitted by you without you first introducing them to Align Group. The idea of this campaign is to turn your trusted recommendations into additional revenue. Hence, you have to make the first recommendation about Align Group to your network. Align Group will then ride on your recommendation, copying you in the conversation loop as we reply to your Introducee.
How long does it take for a lead to be qualified?
Leads are typically qualified within 2 to 3 working days. If a lead is not qualified (i.e. it did not meet one of the criteria to be counted as a valid it), you will be notified about it with reasons.
How and when will I get paid affiliate commission from Align Group?
You will receive your affiliate commission within 3 working days to your PayNow account as submitted in the Qualifying Form after the Introducee attended a service demo.
Can I self-refer or refer the company that I am working for?
No. Self referrals are strictly prohibited and will be disqualified from earnings. If a pattern of behaviour is established, Align Group will terminate the relationship.
